EAMHID 2021 now offering an online option! The 2021 EAMHID Congress in Berlin will be delivered both in person and online in an exciting new hybrid format. This new format has been designed to maximise participation and to maintain the experience. Delegates can register now and decide later whether to attend in person or virtually.
INFORMATION FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION
Instructions for on-site Participation
You will receive your congress badge on site at the registration counter. The registration counter is located directly in the entrance foyer of the Urania Berlin (An der Urania 17, 10787 Berlin).
Onsite participants will have to be either recovered, fully vaccinated for two weeks or tested within the past 20 hours. All Berlin Test-to-Go stations can be viewed here.
Instructions for online Participation
- Please log in to our system
- Click on the "Login" button.
- Enter the e-mail address.
Please be sure to enter the e-mail address under which the registration was made, since the online ticket is stored under this account. If you log in with a different e-mail address, you will not be able to access the livestream.
- Enter the password.
If you have already registered, you can use the password that was set for this purpose. If you no longer have the password at hand or do not know it, you can reset the password by clicking the "Forgot password" button.
- In the system, you can access the sessions and the corresponding livestream links via the "Online participation" module. Instructions on how to watch the livestreams are available here.
Please test the login in advance to ensure that you have the correct login details. The module will be unlocked from September 22, 2021, 8:00 a.m. and will be visible in the system from then on.
Provided you are a presenter, please follow the same steps. Once you enter the Zoom Webinar, you will be given the appropriate permissions to turn on your camera and microphone and share your screen. You can download detailed instructions below:

The EACCME® awards ECMEC®s on the basis of 1 ECMEC® for one hour of CME with a maximum of 8 ECMEC®s per day.
Instructions for registering your participation
Please note the following instructions for registering your participation. Only then can a certificate of participation be issued and CME-points be awarded.
- Participation on-site: Please scan the QR code on your congress badge twice a day (once in the morning and once in the afternoon) at the "Presence Detection" station in the entrance foyer of the Urania Berlin. Only then can a certificate of attendance be issued afterwards and CME points be awarded.
If you are also participating in the workshops, please sign the participant lists available in the workshop rooms.
- Participation online: Please always log in with your login details and provide your full name when entering the Zoom webinar.
The certificates - with or without designation of the CME points - will be available for download from September 30, 2021. As soon as the download is possible, you will be notified by e-mail.
Fees, Scope of Services
The fees for participating in the scientific program (exempt from VAT) as well es the fees for the dinner and the Visit of the Memorial to the Victims of Euthanasia are charged in the name and on account of the Stiftung Bethel. The fees for participating in the scientific program are exempt from VAT. The fees for the dinner and the Visit of the Memorial to the Victims of Euthanasia include 19% VAT. The tax ID of the Stiftung Bethel is DE126950211.
Once you have sent the completed registration form, your registration is binding. Reduced fees only can be applied after an adequate certification has been presented to Kongress- und Kulturmanagement GmbH (KUKM GmbH). This can be submitted via upload during registration, via fax +49 3643 2468-31, via e-mail to email@example.com or via mail to KUKM GmbH, Rießnerstraße 12 B, 99427 Weimar.
Amendments and Cancellations
Amendments and cancellations must be done in a written form. For cancellations which turn in until Mai 20, 2021, KUKM GmbH refunds 100 % of the registration fee less 35,00 € administration fee. For cancellations which turn in after Mai 21, 2021, KUKM GmbH refunds 100 % of the registration fee less 50,00 € administration fee. If cancellations will be done later than August 26, 2021, we regret that no refunds will be issued. Though, it is possible to appoint a substitutional participant.
All types of rebooking as well as return debit notes will be charged with an administration fee of 35,00 €. All handling fees are charged on behalf of KUKM GmbH and include 19% VAT. The tax ID of KUKM GmbH is DE158265638.
By registering, the participant agrees that he/she will not make any claims against KUKM GmbH if in consequence of political, commercial or natural forces, the conference will be cancelled or altered in its program. In any causes KUKM GmbH is not liable for lost items, accidents or damages to persons and things. Participants (and the person accompanying) attend the conference and the social events at their own risk and responsibility.
Furthermore, participants accept that all pictures and recordings which have been taken during the conference may be used by the Stiftung Bethel, the European Association for Mental Health in Intellectual Disability (EAMHID) and/or Kongress- und Kulturmanagement GmbH for publication and dissemination.

In order to register the participants for the above congress, we need to process their personal data. This is done for the purpose of organizing and running the event and requires your consent and/or the consent of the participant(s) you sign up for, in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1. S. 1 lit. a, b, f DSGVO. The data will only be transferred between Stiftung Bethel, EAMHID and KUKM GmbH or passed on to third parties who are directly involved in the congress process in cases where the organizational process requires so.
We ask you for your understanding that a registration for the above congress is not possible without your consent or the consent of the participant(s) you sign up for.
Additional Instructions for Online Participation
Recordings of Participants
During the event, images will be recorded in the form of screenshots and video recordings. If the participants are recorded during the congress, these recordings will be made available for retrieval via the on-demand area until December 3, 2021. After December 3, 2021, the recordings will be deleted.
The organizer does not guarantee continuous accessibility of the congress. Due to technical problems, restrictions of access are possible. The organizer is not responsible for deficient technical services of third parties, unless the organizer is responsible for these deficiencies.
The participant is aware that the organizer's website (www.dkvf.de) may be used for advertising by the organizer and third parties (including exhibitors).
The participant must refrain from any measures that could lead to malware (e.g. viruses, Trojans, spyware, etc.) entering the digital system of the organizer or the operator of the online platform.
When using a chat function offered by the organizer as part of the congress, the participant is obliged to comply with the law when entering messages. Furthermore, the participant will not violate the rights of third parties or post defamatory, insulting or discriminatory statements. Each message must be in either German or English; other languages are not permitted. Violations of these regulations may lead to the deletion of the message and/or exclusion from the congress.
